Wiki Paratubal cystectomy during tota abdom hyst

We are in need of some help. Our doc did a total abdominal hyst and then did a paratubal cystectomy. Same incision so we are trying to figure out the code for the paratubal cystectomy. Can it be billed separately or would it be global?
