This patient also had a Left L3-L4 laminotomy, medial fascietectomy and lateral recess decompression with microdiskectomy. 63047

Does anyone know how I would code the separate incision at the same level? Left L3-L4 paraspinal foramintomy through aseparate incision with microdiskectomy.
