Wiki Parafacet Injection

I have a question about billing for this injection.
My physician completed a Parafacet Injection in the office, but did not use fluoro or ct. Can he still charge code 64493 if he did not use the image guidance?

Note states: The patient is given a parafacet injection on the left at L4-L5 with Depo-Medrol 80mg.

No, unfortunately if no imaging guidance was used you cannot bill 64493. Per CPT assistant Feb 2011, it states if no imaging guidance is used you should code it as 20552.

Thank you for your responce!! This is exactly what I thought, but the physcian is stating he went all the way to the bone and 20552 is for the muscle so he wanted to use the 20610 which I knew was wrong.
