I could use some help on this one...I cannot seem to find a code that actually describes this procedure.
Dr. op notes:
With the patient in the seated position, the palate was anesthetized by injectingh 1% Xylocaine with one 100,000 of epinephrine in a field block. After adequate time had elapsed, multiple lesions were created towards the midline and laterally usiong the ;alate reduction Coblator. Patient tolerated procedure well.
This procedure was done in office.
