Pacemaker is protruding and needs his dual pacemaker taken out - and the doctor used fluroscopy. What code should I use, since the code 71090 states insertion? Thanks for the help???
 
Were you ever able to get your question answered? I searched on my own (I do not code for cardio) and couldn't find anything.
