I have received claim Medicare denial for procedure 93296 payment made to similar procedure within set time frame- I don't see that we had billed this service prior or after performing this service
Patient did had RPM before and after performing 93296- I cannot find any information as to what service is 93296 bumped with.
Help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
