I have a doctor who removed an existing (old) pacemaker generator and replaced it with a new one (old one had end of life battery issue), capped off the old ventricular lead and placed a new one, did a pocket revision that was necessary, plus venography of the subclavian vein, and placed a temporary femoral pacemaker at the start of the procedures to insure patient didn't have any arrthymias. Indications were complete heart block, normal battery depletion, and malfunction of ventricular lead.

Do we code:
33228
33216
33210
36005
75820
33222
??????

Thanks for any help!

Venography is included, in order to Bill 75820 there must be a different reason (diagnosis) why imaging was done. The Op-note would have to be posted in order to give a more accurate code selection.

From first glance these would not be billable, these are bundled
36005
75820
