Greetings. We are currently in the process of getting a new PA credentialed with our office. In the meantime, can we send claims with her as the rendering provider under the supervising MD?

New to this, so I am not sure.

For Medicare patients, a PA's service may be billed under the supervising MD if all of the 'incident to' requirements have been met for that encounter. For non-Medicare patients, you would need to contact the payers or review their policies to see whether or not they allow this.
