Wiki PA billing for scopes 31525, 31575 etc

We have rec'd denials from medicare cause we billed for a scope 31525 done bedside IP. This was not a surg assist. Can we appeal? The only info I could pull up states first assist at surg Etc.

It is helpful to have exactly what was billed, the diagnosis, the POS, and the denial codes and reasons spelled out.
