Question: Per CMS the "3-day Rule" all outpatient services should be reimbursed on the inpatient stay within the 72 hour window, and not separately reimbursed. I've had much success with this project. But what are everyone's thoughts on chemo and maternity services prior to inpatient admit? Are they to be separately reimbursed?
