Can someone please help me with finding the documentation guidelines needed to support OB ultrasound 76815 done in outpatient hospital setting? Instead of the clinic? I am asking because I am seeing documentation for outpatient NSTs and sicknesses but no documentation when ultrasounds are done. Need to know what my physicians need to start documenting so we can bill this 76815 when its done. Thanks!
