Can anyone help me assign diagnosis codes? I work in an outpatient laboratory and get scripts with such things as these:
TPN - is this codeable, and what code would I assign?
elevated thyroid tests = Big debate at the lab on this one
elevated GFR =
decreased GFR =
elevated BP =
elevated Ferritin =
decreased Ferritin =
