Hi everyone!
Have any of you dealt with scheduled outpatient fecal transplant? We have done several on in-patients, but have our first scheduled outpatient one coming up soon. I am wondering how your hospitals are handling the billing of the recipient's screening labs (like HIV,Hep C, etc) and the donor's screening labs, vs how you are billing for your end of things. Especially since Medicare only allows G0455 to be reported once. What dx codes are being use for the screening labs?
