Hello,
I am curious if anybody would share what their office policy is regarding Out of State Workers Compensation claims. Do you find that you have a hard time getting payment? Do you require them to be up front with their fee schdule before you agree on treatment? Or do you require them to agree to pay at your state fee schedule rates before you render services?
