Hi again, Kathleen.

Our GI doctor had to do a stent placement, and needed to use fluoroscopy for this procedure. It is noted that a radiologist was not present but that our GI doctor alone was doing fluoroscopy. When billed 76000, it was denied, so I know the wrong code was billed, but cannot find out what I should bill-HELP!
 
Is this with ERCP? If so, look at the codes 74328, 74329 or 74330 and use the -26 modifier if this is for the supervision and interp only.
