Wiki OTC medication

hello
i do have a quick question regarding over the counter medication. if provider prescribe over the counter medication and patient went to pharmacy to pick it up do we count that as moderate risk or low since its OTC.

Short answer: likely low risk. Possibly moderate risk. Possibly even minimal risk.
