Wiki Osteoporosis screening

Please help. 60 y.o. postmenopausal pt who had DEXA in 2008 and diagnosed with Osteopenia. Dr. recommended she have another DEXA in 2011 to see if there had been significant changes and now has Osteoporosis. The claim was submitted with dx codes
733.90 and 627.2. The patient is requesting this be changed to V82.81 screening for osteoporosis. Thanks

Has the patient been on medication for the osteopenia? if so then the dx should be V58.83 with V58.69
