I need confirmation of whether or not I am correct on this. My thinking is 27355 and 27358. Would appreciate help. Oh, he also did arthroscopic chondroplasty.Thank you
Small incision was made anterolaterally and carried down though the subcutaneous tissues. The fascia was incised as well as the underlying capsule. Retractors placed and lesion was identified. The borders of the lesion were probed. Although there was evidence for instability, it could not be hinged open. Therefore the chondral debris was removed. Drill holes were placed through the lesion. It was reduced. Internal fixation was performed with three different Smart Nails placed in diverging directions. Excellent compression was obtained across the lesion. It was very stable and greatly improved. Multiple drill holes had been placed to stimulate bleeding. The area was irrigated. All debris removed. Capsule was repaired with 2-0 Vicryl., etc, etc.
