How would a specialist such as an orthopedic surgeon qualify for a Comprehensive Exam when that specific specialist is looking at 1 body system (muscko)? Thanks.

I would use the 97 guidelines for orhopedics, rather than the 95. For a Comprehensive Exam, they need to document every element in each box with a shaded border and at least one element in each box with an unshaded border.
