I'm trying to bill for 29825, 29826,29827. 29825 didnt get paid because it says this bundled with the other codes. But when looking in the Complete gobal Service Data Book, it states that this code is not included. CCI edits say it needs a modifier. It was submitted with a -51 mod, would the 59 modifier be ok to use?

Depends on the reason it was performed at the same time as the others. Can you send the note. If you want to fax it to me (remove patient identifiers please) and fax it to 573-632-5932 and I will look at it for you and e-mail you back.

After reviewing the notes I would report the following:
29825 - 59 with ICD-9-CM code 726.0
29826 - 51 with ICD-9-CM code 726.19 and 726.91
29827 - with ICD-9-CM code 726.10
Does your claims software allow you to link ICD-9 codes so that you can do this?
