Has anyone tried Orthopedic Code a Round #3? I'm having a terrible time with note #4. I have it partially coded but it doesn't seem to matter what I put in for additional diagnoses or procedures---I'm told that I'm missing codes. Just wondering if I should contact the AAPC because of an issue.
