Is there any offices out there that use coding software and if so what is available that helps with this complex billing, modifiers needed, and bundling issues?

Please advise because I can catch some of them but not all and if there is something that would make this easier that would be great information to have.

We use CustomCoder and I have been really happy with it. For each CPT code you enter, it gives you a list of modifiers that are appropriate. I think the thing I like best though is that it has descriptions of every single code as well as pictures for some. You also have access to a ton of articles and coding guidelines.
