I think it would be a good idea for you to invest in webnars and a Coding Companion, seminars, workshops, etc for Ortho. I am new to the Ortho world, even though I did anesthesia, cardio/thoracic and neuro for years. Every time my docs go to a conference, or read an article they get a "new procedure", but codes aren't their thing...they just want to get paid. I have more books on my desk now than ever, and these forums are great, but I am getting all the knowledge I can....

Looks like I'm going to have to roll up my selves. And just jump into this. I'm going to take these suggestions and start investing in more seminars and books.

The Meniscus Code Is 29881 And The Chondroplasty Is 29877. However, The Chondroplasty Cannot Be Billed When It Is Performed In The Same Compartment As The Meniscectomy It Is Considered Inclusive.;)
