Hello, My Doc want to open a second practice and would like to send his patients to an Urgent care to have xrays take. He would like to bill for the interp. I was told Urgent care facilitys in Ohio dont need to have a radiologist on staff to read them??? can anyone say if this is true or point me in the direction to find this info. Thanks

I would first confirm with the billing dept at the Urgent Care facility to see if which component(s) they are coding for.
