Hi, Can anyone help code the following procedure? I can find the code for performing the procedure with a scope, but not open. The procedure is as follows:

DX: Osteochondritis dissecans right knee

PROCEDIRE: Arthroscopy right knee; arthrotomy right knee; and ORIF of above with screws and darts.

....At this point the scope was removed. The knee was flexed and a medial parapatellar incision was made, Dissection taken down through subcutaneous tissue and the capsule was incised. The patella was subluxed laterally with retractors and the knee was flexed. The 2 x 2 cm osteochondritis dissecans lesion was in situ but was not stable. It was lifted out and the base was curetted as well as the fragment ciretted to promote bleeding. The base was also drilled with small K wires to promote bleeding, The osteochondritis dissecans fragment was then anatomically fixed with 2 K wires. A bioabsorable screw was then placed into the center of the fragment at the center of the crater and this was fixed nicely. The head was below the articular cartilage. Two other bioabsorable darts were then placed at the periphery of the fragment. This afforded excellent fixation. This was anatomically reduced. The area was then copiously irrigated and the knee was closed......

Any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks, Dineen
