Wiki oral meds given in office

Does anyone know if you can charge for oral meds be administered in the office? If so what HCPS code are you using.

example: patient presents to office with high blood pressure and is given clonidine .1mg orally.

We don't bill for the meds in this case, it is part of doing business.
