Hi, Can anyone recommend any resources for specific billing issues with Oral and Maxillofacial surgery. I haven't seen alot of other coders from that specialty but we are having some ongoing issues with our WinOMS/Carestream rejecting surgery claims saying "missing or invalid # of units" for anesthesia. We've tried changing from the CDT to CPT, nothing is working. The AAOMS does not have a message board that I'm aware of. Can anyone help?
