Any comments? What does everyone think about the proposal to consolidate the ED/Clinic visits into single G-codes? We've wanted a methodology, not a one-sized fits all solution! Grrrrrr.

Another item that has me worried is the packaging of those costly skin substitutes. Ugh.

And bundling labs when other services are done on the same day? Good-bye Clinical Lab Fee Schedule!??

Absolutely, we do not want 1 APC payment for ER and Clinic visits.

Don't forget the Infusions and Injections. All secondary services (including Chemo) will be packaged into the Initial Infusion/Injection. Let's just hope this stuff does not stick around for the FINAL RULE.
