How often can a we bill a 92012 or 92014 in a year? There seems to be some confusion, and I want to make sure the rule of only once a year is an insurance guideline, not necessarily a cpt rule. There isn't a global period for these codes but having other input, may put the discussion in my office to rest. Thanks.
