Wiki Open with arthroscopic shoulder procedures

I know there have been a couple of questions previously regarding open rotator cuff repair with arthroscopic procedures. I just wanted to be sure.
Doc performed an arthroscopic labral debridement and subacromial decompression and then performs an open rotator cuff repair. Can I only bill for the open procedure?
