My physician is doing an open aaa repair. The aneurysm is located in the abdominal aorta and terminates just above the bifurcation. He states the aorta was "T'd" off at the neck which was above the left renal artery and a small patch was resected to be kept with the renal artery. The graft is sutured in the aorta and flushed. He then says, "a hole is made in the graft just below the clamp for reimplantation of the left inferior renal artery.

I am coding 35081, can I also code 35697 for the reimplantation of the left renal artery? Or is that reimplantation just part of 35081?
