I have this op that I'm not sure of..
Pt as chronic pilonidal disease with multiple flare ups. The entire complicated and complex pilonidal cyst was completely removed. We then performed myofasciocutaneous flaps of the left and right gluteus maximus muscle. This would allow for coverage of large defect......the flaps were held in place with suture..In addition, adjascent tissue transfer equaling 20cm squared was performed in total to close the edefect down..
Can I capture 11772, 14001 and 15734?
