Wiki Op note questions

Can anyone help review this op note and quide me as to what I can bill or should not bill? Provider only coded 52341 & 52332. I want to make sure I am not missing any additional procedures that can be added or if these need to be changed. Thanks in advance

Hi- Tuff case.

I see CPT 52354 (biopsy)/52344 (ureterscope dialtion)/50431 (nephrostogram)/50435 (nephrotube change)/52332 (stent).

I think I would end up coding.

CPT 52354.LT....... Biopsy
CPT 52344.59.LT...... Dilation
CPT 52332.51.LT.......... stent
CPT 50435.51.LT........ Nephro tube change
CPT 74420.26.........Retrograde.
