i am stumped on this part of the procedure....
the patient is having a proximal row carpectomy with partial trapeziectomy with hemiarthroplasty with implant at the capitate. during this procedure he is doing a dorsal flap of the omental tissue from the wrist rotating it into the scaphoid fossa for stabilization and blocking . can anyone tell me the cpt code for the flap . the only thing i can find is for the abdomen specifically but the regular adjacent tissue transfer codes just dont seem right either.
