Wiki Office visits with EKG's

Can EKG's (eg. 93000) bill with office visites (eg.99212, 99213). I always receive denials stating the office visit is bundled to the EKG, or the EKG is bundled to the office visit. Please help.

We often bill these on the same day. Are you adding a modifier 25 to the E/M?
