Wiki office visit same day as Colonoscopy

I have one of my docs that does not bring a patient in to the office for a consult/office visit before he schedules return colonoscopies, but he dictates a H/P on the same day as the procedure. Can we bill for this with a 25 modifier?Thanks in advance for your help!

No you cant. That is included in the procedure.
