Wiki Office Visit same day as Cardiac Device Check

Where can I find something in writing that has the rules for office visit with 25 modifier on same day as cardiac device check?

I think the first question that needs to be ask is the visit separate from device check? If so, you would follow the guidance for modifier 25. Also you can refer to I00.04 Medicare Claims Processing ManualChapter 12 - Physicians/Nonphysician Practitioners. Hope this helps
