Priority Health will not process E/M codes for our Physician Assistant as Behavioral Health only as a specialist. We are a Behavioral Health office and the psychiatrist E/M codes are processed as Behavioral Health. Anyone else dealing with this issue? They state it is not on their Behavioral Health CPT codes list. The list does not include any E/M codes alone. Priority Health is no help and they have the worst customer service.
