Wiki office visit after setting up surgery

Good Morning--

Quick question on an office visit charge.. patient was seen and hpi done, surgery date set. Patient came back w/in a week, before surgery was done, can we charge an office visit again?? Patient was seen for same problem.

Was there worsening of the problem ie increased pain, problems with ambulating? What was the purpose of the visit?

I would say yes depending on the reason for the visit.

patient actually requested visit to have another injection prior to surgery.
