Wiki office visit after discharged

I am looking for info.
A patient is discharged from the hospital by Dr A.
patient is self pay & comes into the office for a follow up with by Dr A.
Is this visit considered global/free visit since Dr A discharged them?
if so how long is the time frame

You may want to explore the use of the TCM (99495 or 99496) codes if you have met all of the guidelines which are applicable to them, otherwise this would be just a normal office visit.
