I believe I know the answer to this, but I am curious of peoples thoughts. Pt had a protruding implant, MD deflated implant and removed in office, no closure, just xerofoam. Is there a CPT code to bill this? The only one I could think of would be 20670/20680. Would either of those apply in this situation or would you just code the E/M?
