Wiki Office Based Anesthesia -ASA codes allowed by Medicare

We are looking at providing anesthesia for a Chronic Pain Management Center, but the services would be provided in the surgeon's "Office" (POS 11) until his ASC is accredited/approved. Can someone point me to where you can find a list of ASA codes that are allowed to be billed in an "Office" setting?
