Hi All,

My physician wanna perform a procedure for tarsal fracture/marginal rotation but I'm not familiar what cpt shld be appropriate in this case. Can anyone review and guide me towards the right direction?

"In this procedure, I'll perform a short vertical full thickness lid incision on either side of the abnormal lashes. Then, I perform a linear incision through conjunctiva and tarsus bridging those vertical incision, such that only a bridge of anterior lamella (skin, orbicularis) remains as a pedicle. The now freely-mobile top of the pedicle (full thickness at the top - skin, orbicularis, tarsus, conjunctiva) is then rotated such that the posterior layers on this pedicle can be sutured to the eyelash line on either side of the pedicle. This rotates the eyelashes away from the eye."

Thanks!
