Wiki October 1, 2013 - CPT updates?

Hi all - does anyone have a link to the October 1, 2013 updates for the CPT codes? Have they been released yet? I know there will be not updates to ICD-9 since ICD-10 is implementing and I already have the HCPCS revisions.

Any help would be great!

I believe CPT comes out in late Nov
