Wiki Occiput-C2 decompression w/ C1 posterior fusion

My doctor is doing an Occiput-C2 decompression for severe stenosis, arthritis. I am having trouble with the CPT for this. He said it's more of laminectomy for sub-occipital almost the same as what he does for Chiari-malformation so it makes me believe it is more of a craniectomy code like 61458? He hasn't done the surgery we need to get precerted so it is making it more difficult with no op note. Any help or guidance is appreciated.
