Wiki observation infant v29.x or v71.8x?

Hi All,

Observation ,suspected, infant leads you to observation ,suspected condition,newborn in alphabetic index. But the tabular says v29.X is for newborns. Please suggest which one to use for infants V29.X or v71.8X?

V29 are to be use for 28 days old and less otherwise V71 would be for 29 days and older
