Wiki OB US at hospital

If my doctor, not on hospital staff, performs a limited (76815) OB US at the patient's hospital bedside, using the hospital's equipment, but she does the US, can we charge for the US? If so, would a modifier be required...and which one?

You would use the modifier 26 since it is not her equipment.
