I am new to OB coding. Does anyone have a good reference to use for the correct documentation required to bill for OB ultrasounds, particularly for fetal echocardiography and Doppler echocardiography? Or would anyone be willing to mentor me? Any assistance I can receive to make sure I am coding my documentation correctly, would be a lifesaver!
 
Try the Maternal Fetal Medicine Coding Manual. You can purchase on their website. It has great tools for a new coder to OB and High Risk OB care.
