Hello,
Is anyone having problems getting payment from anthem bcbs for ob ultrasounds? We are getting a large amount of denials stating ob ultrasounds are included in the global fee. I have sent appeals with patient's records of why ultrasound is needed and the claims are still being denied regardless of diagnosis used. Any ideas on how to get ultrasounds paid?
