I'm getting numerous denials on OB and GYN ultrasounds that are done in our office from Anthem. The remittance says they are included in the global fee. This problem started around date of service 5/20/13. We can't find any policy changes and provider representative has not called back. Has anyone else had this problem? Please advise.

We haven't had any issues, and we do lots of them in the office here. Maybe it is diagnosis code driven? I would check into that to start.
